Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using RandomChat at random-chat.me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Age Requirement — 18+ Only
RandomChat is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. By using this service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are legally permitted to access adult-oriented platforms in your jurisdiction
- You will not allow minors to access your account or device to use this service
We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account where a user is found to be under 18.
Community Guidelines
You agree to follow our community standards at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing, requesting, or exposing sexually explicit content involving minors (CSAM) — this is illegal and will be reported to authorities
- Harassment, bullying, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Sharing malware, phishing links, or any harmful content
- Impersonating other users, staff, or public figures
- Spamming, advertising, or using bots to interact with the platform
- Attempting to de-anonymize or identify another user
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international law
Accounts & Registration
You may use RandomChat as a guest (no account required for text chat). Registered accounts:
- Require a valid Gmail address for OTP verification
- Must use a unique username that does not impersonate anyone
- Are personal and non-transferable
- Must not be created using disposable or temporary email services
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
Premium Subscriptions
Premium features (gender filters, unlimited calls, priority queue) are available via subscription paid through Telegram Stars or cryptocurrency. By subscribing:
- Payments are processed via Telegram Bot — we do not directly handle card data
- Subscriptions are weekly or monthly as selected
- All sales are final. Refunds are at our sole discretion and handled via the support bot
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue premium features at any time
Video & Voice Calls
Voice and video calls are transmitted using WebRTC technology and may be relayed via our TURN server infrastructure. You understand that:
- Calls are not recorded or stored by RandomChat
- Free accounts are limited to 30 voice and 30 video calls per day
- Call quality depends on your internet connection and device hardware
- AI face blur is a privacy convenience tool and is not guaranteed to be 100% effective
Disclaimer of Warranties
RandomChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability
- The behavior or content generated by other users
- That the platform is free from viruses or harmful components
Use the service at your own risk. Always be cautious about sharing personal information with strangers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RandomChat and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages resulting from interactions with other users, loss of data, or platform downtime.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us via Telegram. You agree not to bring a class action lawsuit against us.
